High Intensity Training! And no, NOT H.I.I.T.(High Intensity INTERVAL Training). These H.I.T. workouts are designed to get you strong and sweaty, challenging your muscular strength and endurance, all while getting heart rate up. With High Intensity Training, The formats will vary per week!
When will I get my workouts?
Upon purchase, you will receive a link to download your eBook with all the instructions on how to access your workouts. Your workouts will be delivered to your account within 48 hours of purchase! Don't worry though, we put 2 fun workouts for you to do in the eBook, so you can get started right away!
I LOVE my program so much, I want to keep going, are there new workouts for each program?
Absolutely! These programs are designed to be progressive so that if you move on after the first 8 weeks, you will not be doing the same thing as before! The workouts will get more challenging, too :) All workouts following the first 8 weeks are discounted (These will be accessible in May!)
I am really serious about my workouts, but I travel a lot, so I don't always have access to a gym, which plan do you suggest?
